THE ULTIMATE STEAK SANDWICH

This is the ultimate STEAK SANDWICH woahh baby! used some local #foodspiration from our favorite steak wrap we’ve been getting from @eatflowerchild [if you’re ever in Boulder, The Rebel from Flower Child is a must] but love being able to put my own spin on things at home 😊👇🏼

INGREDIENTS:
•grilled marinated steak thinly sliced —I let the steak marinate in a large plastic bag with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, low sodium coconut aminos, a dash of lime juice, s +p, oregano and minced garlic
•sautéed mushrooms & onions —simply saute these in a pan on medium heat with olive oil, s + p
•port salut cheese on top of the steak, melted and broiled in the oven
•sliced avocado
•arugula tossed in EVOO and s + p
•Bubbie’s Pickles beet horseradish
•toasted ciabatta

If you’re not into the beet horseradish, you can follow Dyl and choose either chipotle mayo or a garlic aioli! instead! He couldn’t decide which was tastier so he went with both!

🥒🥑 I also made a summery side salad with cucumber, shredded cabbage, jalapeno and avocado tossed with Greek yogurt, lime juice and fresh dill

•1 English cucumber diced
•1 cup shredded cabbage
•1/2 -1 diced avocado
•1/2 jalapeno finely chopped
•1-2 TBS plain Greek yogurt
•juice from 1/2 lime
•1 TBS fresh dill
